I did this character for a commercial, part of a Volkswagen campaign for their financial services. All the characters I did for this campaign are funny re-interpretations of real toys. Face and body were meant to be animated like real toy, so, for example, the eyes are only painted on an almost flat surface, and arms and hands are supposed to be moved like a single block. The topology reflects this choice, so it doesn't really follow animation standards.
